1. Support the Miu Miu Client Insight team with ad-hoc data extractions and analyses to gather insights on customers’ behavior and monitor trends.
2. Help the team develop new analyses in line with the department’s goals and focuses.
3. Revise current dashboards and analytical tools to understand existing reports and support HQ in training local teams.
4. Work with the IT department to evaluate potential enhancements to existing reporting systems and monitor their development.
5. Prepare PowerPoint documents presenting the findings of the analyses to main stakeholders.
6. Define CRM KPI targets and track regional performance against agreed goals.
7. Prepare required documentation to support weekly and monthly meetings.
8. Collect feedback from local teams to support business understanding and regional insights.

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
2. Previous consultancy experience is mandatory
3. Master’s degree in Economics/Engineering is preferred

2. Strong and proven analytical background
3. Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
4. Fluency in English

9. Excellent relationship skills

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with mandatory consultancy experience.

Master’s degree in Economics/Engineering is preferred.
