1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.

2. Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Fluency in spoken German and English

Experience in customer service or sales within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
