1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
