1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to security efforts to prevent product thefts.
9. Manage the safety and handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
10. Oversee daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
11. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
12. Ensure accurate product flow tracking using the SAP system.
13. Manage product flow during repairs and stockroom activities related to markdowns.
14. Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per corporate guidelines.

1. Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong affinity for luxury products.
