- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to security efforts to prevent product thefts.
- Manage the safety and handling of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Oversee daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement following corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Ensure accurate product flow tracking using the SAP system.
- Manage product flow during repairs and stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per corporate guidelines.
- Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
