1. Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences, embodying the brand's philosophy and values.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines.
8. Ensure product security and prevent thefts.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and organize merchandise according to corporate procedures.
10. Conduct product counting and stock-takes efficiently.
11. Track product flow using the SAP system.
12. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns and manage product flow during repairs.
13. Ensure timely returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong affinity for luxury products.
3. High sense of responsibility and maturity.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Organized and detail-oriented with an assertive demeanor.

1. Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

A degree in Business or Retail Management is advantageous.
