1. Provide exceptional in-store customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using individual approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
8. Ensure product security and prevent thefts.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement per corporate procedures.
10. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
11. Track product flow using the SAP system.
12. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns and manage product repairs.
13. Ensure timely returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong affinity for luxury products.

5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Mature and assertive demeanor.
7. Degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent is a plus.
