1. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and brand loyalty.
4. Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
7. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
8. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with operational guidelines.
9. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
