1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, consulting with management as needed.
7. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines.
8. Ensure product security and prevent theft.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
10. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
11. Track product flow using the SAP system.
12. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
13. Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per corporate guidelines.

1. Fluent in spoken English, with additional languages preferred.
2. Strong affinity for luxury products.
3. High sense of responsibility.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Mature and assertive demeanor.
7. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
