1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts.
9. Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials during handling processes.
10. Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures.
11. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
12. Track product flow accurately using the SAP system.
13. Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
14. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.

1. Fluent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
