1. Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
8. Ensure product security and prevent theft.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
10. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
11. Track product flow using the SAP system.
12. Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom markdown activities.
13. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for returns, transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.

1. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. A degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent is a plus.

Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is preferred.
