- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Surpass KPI goals, ensuring exceptional sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and culture.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to enhance personalized service and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
