1. Create a welcoming environment and provide exemplary customer service, adhering to the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
3. Surpass KPI goals, ensuring exceptional sales and customer service quality.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and culture.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to enhance personalized service and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
13. Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
