- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure superior service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and brand values.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM for personalized client interactions and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure organized store operations.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Teamwork and independent work capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
