- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Miu Miu's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure superior service in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations and stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury market
- Digital literacy
Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand setting is required, with a focus on customer service and sales.
