1. Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and catering to their needs and expectations.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing proactively to store success.
3. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, and brand values.
5. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM system to foster personalized client relationships.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and service.
7. Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stock management.
13. Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
14. Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capability
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
