- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting as a proactive player in delivering superior service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations and stock management.
- Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
