1. Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to store success.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and understanding of Prada's history and culture.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and stockroom organization.
13. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster open communication and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.
