- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing proactively to the store's success.
- Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) by ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively and offer informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints with professionalism, liaising with the line manager and Client Service team as necessary.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or via virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service principles.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
