1. Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing proactively to the store's success.
3. Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) by ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Miu Miu products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively and offer informed advice.
8. Resolve client complaints with professionalism, liaising with the line manager and Client Service team as necessary.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or via virtual meetings.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
13. Adhere to company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
14. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service principles.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

1. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
