- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring optimal service both in-store and via e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients and provide expert advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with Back of House, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
