- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure superior service both in-store and through ecommerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, offering a personalized approach and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Host and conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive working environment and embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
