1. Provide an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring superior service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's history and culture.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock management.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
15. Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
