1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Miu Miu philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing proactively to store success.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring exceptional sales and customer service quality.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Prada's history and culture.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
13. Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capability
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is required.
