1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and discovering their needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing proactively to the store's success.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the Prada brand's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize company digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.
15. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capability
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English
