1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
2. Cultivate and sustain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product thefts.

1. Experience in a similar role, with expertise in the shoe department considered an advantage.
2. Fluent spoken English.

3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required, with a focus on the shoe department being advantageous.
