1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as needed.
7. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, following company guidelines.
8. Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.
