1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure the shop floor and visual display meet high standards, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product thefts.

1. Experience in a similar role with luxury women's ready-to-wear experience.

2. Problem-solving skills.
3. Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
4. Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients.
5. Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
8. Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.
