1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, following operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.

1. Experience in a similar role with luxury women's ready-to-wear.
2. Passion for human relations and sales.
3. Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
4. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
5. Ability to work both in a team and independently.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
3. Fluent spoken English, with other languages being desirable.

Experience in a similar role with luxury women's ready-to-wear.
