8. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
9. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
11. Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.

3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both in a team and independently
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
8. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are desirable

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
