1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, offering a personalized approach and creating future opportunities.
3. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
5. Provide an excellent in-store experience at all times.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
9. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
11. Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.

2. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both in a team and independently
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result-driven and problem-solving abilities
7. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
8. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are desirable

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
