- Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront, understanding their needs, and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Miu Miu brand philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as the history, culture, and DNA of Prada.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in meaningful discussions with customers and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team, as necessary.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Host and conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
