1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the 'client journey ceremony'.
4. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster relationships and brand loyalty.
5. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
7. Engage in cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
9. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
10. Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with management as necessary.
11. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
12. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities
7. Fluency in French and English; Russian proficiency is advantageous

Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
