1. Provide exceptional customer service and a memorable in-store experience.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving management as needed.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
8. Ensure product security and prevent theft.
9. Manage daily goods receipt and merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures.
10. Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
11. Track product flow using the SAP system.
12. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
13. Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines.

1. Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
