1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the philosophy and values of Miu Miu.
2. Maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty.
3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, guiding clients through the brand's offerings.
4. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
5. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
7. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with management when necessary.
8. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in compliance with company guidelines.
9. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Knowledge of the managed product category
7. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous

Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
