1. Implement and maintain window displays and in-store merchandising for all Miu Miu shops in South Asia.
2. Address store-specific visual merchandising challenges, adapting to factors such as store size, window constraints, and inventory levels.
3. Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.
4. Coordinate with the Retail Operations Department to organize window setup schedules.
5. Collaborate with the Merchandising Department to align visual strategies with business needs.
6. Train shop staff to maintain displays according to corporate standards.
7. Maintain accurate records of window measurements and dimensions for display prop development.
8. Coordinate with head office for the order, shipment, and collection of display props, fixtures, and accessories.
9. Manage and train visual merchandising staff, providing feedback and coaching.
10. Set up showroom displays and assist with visual aspects of special events.
