- Support the Store Manager in defining business strategies to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Make commercial recommendations to enhance sales and productivity.
- Coach the store team to develop action plans and exceed KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the local market and on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to improve client relationships.
- Ensure high standards of service in the E-commerce channel.
- Enhance product knowledge on the sales floor and support training needs.
- Motivate staff and cultivate a positive team spirit.
- Participate in recruitment processes and identify internal talent for development opportunities.
- Master company tools and train new employees on policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient team organization and delegation of responsibilities.
- Lead by example to maintain high standards of product care and client service.
- Coordinate with relevant functions for product and collection training needs.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and execution of the Prada Selling Ceremony.
- Suggest opportunities to gain new customers and increase repurchase rates.
- Ensure store displays attract clients and maximize sales.
- Provide feedback to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Promote synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Propose local event opportunities in partnership with stakeholders and influencers.
- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze reports and develop action plans.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in digital tools and Omni Channel strategies.
- Excellent client relationship management.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a luxury retail environment, with experience in a managerial role preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
