- Support the Store Manager in formulating business strategies to exceed financial targets and enhance sales performance.
- Provide commercial recommendations to relevant departments to drive sales and improve productivity.
- Coach the store team to develop action plans for exceeding KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with relevant teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in the local market and on the shop floor.
- Promote Omni-Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Support e-commerce channel development by responding promptly to orders and maintaining high service standards.
- Encourage product knowledge across the shop floor and collaborate on training needs related to products and collections.
- Motivate staff, fostering team spirit and cultivating a positive environment.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including market mapping, profile definition, and interviews.
- Prioritize the client experience, leading by example to create a welcoming environment.
- Promote a client-centric mindset by developing strong client relationships and ensuring meaningful after-sales experiences.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction by consistently executing the MIU MIU Selling Ceremony.
- Suggest opportunities for acquiring new clients and increasing the repurchase rate.
- Collaborate on defining targeted clienteling actions to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Ensure visual displays attract clients and maximize sales, in line with company guidelines.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Promote synergy and collaboration between front and back of house teams.
- Ensure the store meets inventory control requirements and manage fiscal stock inventory activities.
- Analyze and benchmark local competitors’ events and share information with the Head Office Events department.
- Proven experience in managing a boutique or flagship store within the luxury or premium retail sector
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Danish; additional languages are advantageous
- Good understanding of the local client market and customer portfolio
