Mido Marketplace Manager

- Plan, develop, and implement all E-Commerce activities including V2C and external platforms.
- Collaborate with key accounts such as Amazon for digital support and advertising.
- Develop and implement marketplace and paid media strategies to increase sales on Amazon.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reports.
- Analyze and refresh assortment based on inventory and sales strategy.
- Manage daily Amazon customer inquiries.
- Identify and manage other channels and platforms to market products.
- Optimize traffic and conversion KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Manage P&L for Amazon Seller Central to achieve profitable growth.
- Oversee operations of Amazon Accounts, including product listings and marketing campaigns.
- Handle E-Commerce operations and ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Conduct daily sales reporting to identify top sellers and trends.
- Convert prospects into customers and enhance customer value.
- Merchandise products into multi-packs and bundles to increase AOV.
- Work with Supply Chain to manage FBA inventory and order fulfillment.
- Communicate with internal teams to maintain high seller ratings.
- Conduct product research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure consistent brand image across all channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon paid media experience.
- 3+ years of Marketing and Content Creation Experience.
- 1+ year of experience using Amazon Advertising.
- 2-5 years experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA.
- Experience with other marketplaces such as eBay, Sears, Urban Outfitters, Target, and Walmart preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with HTML and Photoshop.
- Excel proficiency.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and cross-channel collaboration.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon landscape.
- Project management skills.
- Email Marketing experience.
- Understanding of marketplace sales funnel and shopper journey.
The candidate must have 3+ years of hands-on Amazon paid media experience and 2-5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and FBA.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, operations, or a related field.
