Mido Marketplace Manager

- Plan, develop, and implement all E-Commerce activities, including V2C and external E-Commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with key accounts such as Amazon to provide comprehensive digital business support.
- Develop and execute marketplace and paid media strategies to enhance sales on Amazon.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Analyze and optimize product assortment based on inventory and sales strategy.
- Manage daily customer inquiries on Amazon.
- Identify and manage additional sales channels and third-party platforms.
- Maximize traffic, conversion KPIs, and ROI of all e-commerce activities.
- Oversee P&L for Amazon Seller Central to ensure profitable growth.
- Manage operations of Amazon accounts, including product listings, content, pricing, and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct daily sales reporting to identify top sellers and sales trends.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage FBA inventory and order fulfillment.
- Ensure consistent brand image across all channels.
- Conduct product research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns for efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee and optimize product listings using knowledge of keyword research and Amazon algorithms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon paid media experience, including Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
- 3+ years of marketing and content creation experience.
- 1+ year of experience using Amazon Advertising.
- 2-5 years experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA.
- Strong familiarity with HTML and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen events.
- Effective communication and cross-channel collaboration skills.
- Expert knowledge of the Amazon marketplace.
- Analytical skills for data evaluation and optimization.
- Project management skills.
- Presentation skills for data sharing.
- Email marketing experience.
- Understanding of the marketplace sales funnel and shopper journey.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Amazon paid media and marketplace management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, operations, or a related field.
