1. Lead, coach and develop the outlet store team to deliver an elevated client experience and meet sales objectives.

3. Strong commercial acumen with experience using sales analytics to drive results.
4. Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador.
5. Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel sales tools.

At least 2 years of relevant Store Manager experience with a track record of driving sales, developing teams and managing daily retail operations within a fashion or lifestyle brand—preferably in an outlet or high-volume environment.
