1. Recruit, train and develop store personnel, ensuring staffing levels and role coverage align with business needs
2. Provide active sales leadership by coaching on the selling floor and modelling high-performance behaviours
3. Drive superior customer service standards and ensure a premium client experience at all touchpoints
4. Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, loss-prevention protocols and company policies
5. Implement and maintain corporate merchandising directives and visual standards
6. Manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory control and basic financial reconciliation
7. Monitor sales performance against targets, deliver coaching and corrective action plans as required
8. Prepare and submit routine operational and sales reports to regional management

1. Minimum 3 years of sales or retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
2. Proven leadership capability with experience recruiting, coaching and developing teams
3. Strong operational acumen and experience enforcing retail procedures
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
5. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays; legal authorization to work in Canada
