Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Support store leadership in driving sales results through strategic execution and hands-on coaching.
2. Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store performance.
3. Coach and mentor sales staff to elevate customer service, selling skills and styling techniques.
4. Develop and nurture client relationships through active clienteling and personalized service.
5. Exercise leadership during peak trading periods, delegating tasks and managing the team’s daily priorities.
6. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
2. Proven leadership or supervisory experience with a strong aptitude for coaching and mentoring.
3. Demonstrable clienteling experience and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
4. Comfortable executing opening/closing procedures and essential store operations.
5. Energetic, self-motivated and brand-focused with a commercial mindset.
