Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

- Lead, inspire and coach Jet Set Ambassadors to deliver elevated customer experiences in-store and through virtual shopping, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Drive personal and store sales goals by setting KPIs, analysing sales reports, developing action plans and tracking business results to maximise revenue and units sold.
- Support onboarding, training and continuous development of the store team; provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to the Management Team.
- Maintain visible floor presence, role-model grooming and brand image standards and empower the team to resolve customer service issues in the customer's best interest.
- Manage client communications and proactively maintain the client database, utilising all available channels and company communication platforms to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the District/Visual Merchandising team to implement visual directives and ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Support store operations including stock and inventory processes, loss prevention measures and store audits to protect company assets and ensure operational compliance.
- Leverage technology for inventory management, sales analysis and customer engagement to optimise performance and service delivery.
- Proven retail and team management experience with a fast-paced retailer.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage KPIs.
- Strong coaching skills with experience in onboarding and developing retail staff.
- Technology-proficient: comfortable using digital sales tools, client databases and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English; professional communication skills across customer and internal channels.
- High standards of personal presentation and adherence to brand grooming policies.

Relevant proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience leading a frontline sales team and delivering consistent commercial results is required.
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in business, retail management or a related field is desirable.
