1. Proven retail sales experience with a strong service orientation
2. Demonstrable supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment and handle multiple priorities
5. Fluency in German (knowledge of the local language) — English language skills desired

Relevant sales experience in retail is required; prior supervisory or team-leading experience within fashion or luxury retail is preferred. Experience delivering high standards of client service and coaching store teams to achieve sales targets is essential.

Secondary education (Abitur or equivalent) or vocational qualification; formal training in retail, sales or business is advantageous.
