1. Recruit, train and develop store sales associates, ensuring positions are staffed with qualified personnel in a timely manner
2. Lead by example on the selling floor to drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
3. Coach and mentor associates to deliver the highest level of customer service and clienteling
4. Ensure strict adherence to all operational procedures, including cash handling, inventory control and loss prevention
5. Implement and maintain corporate merchandising and visual directives to uphold brand standards
6. Support daily store management tasks such as shift coordination, scheduling and performance feedback

1. Minimum 3 years of sales management or retail supervisory experience
2. Proven operational competence in a retail environment
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Demonstrated leadership and people‑development capability
5. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods

Minimum three years' experience in sales management or a supervisory role within retail; prior experience in premium or luxury fashion retail is strongly preferred.
