1. Lead, coach and inspire the store team to deliver a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability and adherence to brand image and grooming standards.
2. Support onboarding, training and development of Jet Set Ambassadors; provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to maximise individual and team results.
3. Drive exceptional customer experiences both in-store and via Virtual Shopping; model service-leading behaviour and maintain strong floor presence.
4. Ensure proactive clienteling and database management using all clienteling apps and tools to increase loyalty and repeat business.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by analysing reports, setting KPIs for the team, and developing actionable plans to close performance gaps.
6. Support store operations including visual merchandising execution, store maintenance, auditing programmes and prompt action on loss-prevention issues.
7. Communicate business performance and opportunities to the management team and implement store-level initiatives to improve results.

1. Proven retail and supervisory experience with a fast-paced retailer, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
2. Demonstrable coaching and people-development skills with experience supporting onboarding and performance management.
3. Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in Retail Math and KPI interpretation.
4. High level of digital literacy and experience leveraging clienteling apps and virtual shopping tools to drive sales.
5. Fluent in English and Dutch.

Proven retail management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment; experience within luxury or premium retail environments is highly relevant. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing retail teams.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
