Michael Kors Sales Associate — Maternity Cover (Evening Shifts)

1. Deliver exceptional client service and act as an ambassador for the Michael Kors brand, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, upselling and conversion strategies.
3. Support daily store operations during evening shifts, including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and closing procedures.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to brand guidelines, replenishing stock and managing on-floor inventory.
5. Collaborate with the retail team to sustain high standards of customer service, store cleanliness and loss-prevention protocols.

1. Proven retail sales experience, preferably in high-volume or premium/luxury store environments.
2. Strong team orientation with the ability to motivate peers and contribute to a results-driven culture.
3. Enthusiastic, charismatic and client-focused with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals.
4. Flexibility to work evening shifts and adapt to a dynamic, multitasking retail environment.

Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Vocational qualifications or training in retail, fashion or customer service are desirable.
