- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships; represent the Michael Kors brand as an ambassador in every customer interaction.
- Support day-to-day store operations including visual merchandising, stock management, pricing, and maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and returns, and ensure adherence to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team to drive a cohesive retail experience, participate in team briefings and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Proven retail sales experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment — luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Charismatic, client-focused demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods, as required by a part-time schedule.
