Michael Kors Sales Advisor

1. Deliver outstanding client experiences to achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
2. Engage proactively in clienteling activities, building lasting customer relationships and repeat business.
3. Execute day-to-day store operations with precision: sales transactions, stock replenishment and visual standards.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, product assortments and styling techniques to inspire customers.
5. Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise individual sales performance.
6. Utilise available retail tools and technology to manage customer records, process sales and track targets.

1. Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or premium/luxury brands.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Commercial mindset with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
5. Technologically comfortable with retail systems and eager to use digital tools to enhance sales.

Relevant retail sales experience; prior work within luxury, premium or fashion retail is desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
