Michael Kors Sales Advisor

Michael Kors is an international luxury lifestyle brand renowned for modern American sportswear, leather goods and accessories. 1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised client engagement to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Execute all sales-floor activities to a consistently high standard, including product presentation and visual merchandising.
3. Act as a keyholder when required, performing opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic store security responsibilities.
4. Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise individual and store sales performance.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques to advise and inspire clients.
6. Use available sales tools and retail technologies to track client activity and drive conversion.

1. Relevant retail sales experience in fashion or luxury goods.
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Fluent English (spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
5. Prior experience in a keyholder role is preferred.
