1. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to maximise conversion and lifetime client value.
2. Act as a charismatic brand ambassador, cultivating sincere client relationships and driving repeat business.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling.
4. Ensure the boutique/shop-in-shop adheres to brand visual merchandising and operational standards.
5. Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a cohesive, welcoming and refined in-store culture.
6. Manage multiple tasks during peak periods and support store operations including stock replenishment and POS transactions.

1. Proven experience as a sales advisor in luxury retail or in a busy department-store environment.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to inspire trust and rapport with clients.
3. Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Team-oriented, adaptable and able to multi-task under pressure.
5. Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and an entrepreneurial mindset.
