Michael Kors People COE Coordinator — Learning, Culture and Engagement

- Coordinate and deliver global talent initiatives across North America and EMEA, ensuring consistent execution of learning, culture and engagement programs.
- Design, format and produce communications and promotional assets (emails, invitations, surveys, training materials) that are on-brand and visually polished.
- Provide end-to-end program and event support (new hire orientation, speaker series, workshops, ERG initiatives, offsites, roadshows), including logistics, registration and invoice processing.
- Maintain NA and EMEA L&D open enrollment calendars; set up sessions, manage registrations, administer surveys and follow-up communications.
- Support the EMEA × NA Mentorship Program through communications, tracking and Excel-based reporting.
- Assist with quarterly regional L&D scorecards and the development of reporting dashboards using digital and AI-enabled tools.
- Support the maintenance and ongoing development of L&D and communications digital platforms (Workvivo and other systems).
- Partner with Global and Regional L&D, HR and Culture & Belonging teams to align calendars, content and delivery; provide occasional facilitation for workshop segments and virtual events.
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR, Learning & Development, Culture, Internal Communications or a closely related function.
- Graphic design and content formatting capabilities with strong attention to visual detail and brand standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones; high attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experienced with digital collaboration tools and comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot, Adobe InDesign, Canva, PageTiger, Articulate, Workvivo and Microsoft Forms; basic video editing skills are a plus.
