Michael Kors Inventory Control Clerk

1. Conduct daily process audits to ensure inventory procedures are followed and to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Monitor, record and maintain Gift With Purchase (GWP) stock levels, allocating items to meet operational requirements.
3. Investigate inventory discrepancies, execute stock adjustments in the inventory system and document changes for audit trails.
4. Compare physical stock across storage locations against system records and resolve variances promptly.
5. Partner with operations, planning and other internal stakeholders to review processes and implement efficiency improvements.
6. Prepare regular inventory reports and support ad hoc analyses to inform replenishment and stock allocation decisions.

1. Working proficiency in English for daily operational communication.
2. Minimum three years' hands‑on experience in inventory control within a warehouse or distribution centre (preferred).
3. Experience performing inventory counts, reconciliation and root‑cause analysis of discrepancies.
4. Practical experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (preferred).
5. High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
7. A proactive, collaborative approach to working with operations and planning stakeholders.
