1. Serve as an ambassador for Maison Mercier, conveying the brand's values, heritage, and creativity during tastings.
2. Advise local and international clientele on champagne selections, enhancing their tasting experience.
3. Conduct and animate tastings, promoting and serving wines while sharing the Maison's stories.
4. Maintain the sommelier station, ensuring cleanliness and organization of service accessories and spaces.
5. Ensure visitor satisfaction by identifying their desires and providing memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the Visit Center Manager.
6. Facilitate client engagement in the boutique, promoting and selling products.
7. Manage inventory, stock, and the organization of tasting areas.
8. Participate in linen management, including setup and replenishment.
9. Stay informed on industry trends and news.
10. Host internal and external representation events as needed.
11. Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
12. Report any safety or security concerns to management.
